In our experience our jams, jellies, sauces and chutneys will keep for 18 months unopened when stored in a cool dark place and for up to 6 months once opened if kept in a refrigerator. The fruit vinegars will keep for 12 months unopened stored in a cool dark place and for 6 months opened in the fridge.

Our baking is made with only natural ingredients with no added preservatives or additives and will keep for up to 3 months and once opened must be kept in an airtight container.
